Drink wholesome makes Dairy Free protein/meal replacement powders. They use bovine collagen peptides in place of dairy protein and almond protein for their vegan options. MCT oils from coconut oil are used for energy and this also provides a subtle coconut flavor which I am personally a fan of! They use monk fruit as a sweetener to keep sugar low. They have several different protein powder options; chocolate and vanilla protein powders have 80 calories and 15 grams of protein while chocolate meal replacement powder has 250 calories, 30 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber!

Olipop is a great soda alternative. It is much lower in calories and sugar than regular soda and has gut friendly fiber to support your GI health! Some are caffeine free, some have about 50mg caffeine, similar to regular sodas. I drink Olipops often and do recommend them to certain clients who are trying to limit their sugar intake but still love soda.

Optimum nutrition has my personal favorite protein powders. I prefer 100% Gold Standard Whey Vanilla with 25g protein/scoop. Great, simple taste-not too sweet. Easy on the stomach (take with a lactaid pill if you are lactose intolerant). I like to simply mix 1 scoop with nonfat milk as a post workout shake to boost protein synthesis.
